Our Rules and Regulations
To ensure smooth, safe, and transparent operations, we request all clients to carefully review and adhere to the following terms and conditions before availing our Air Ambulance, Train Ambulance, or Commercial Stretcher services:
1. Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings for Air Ambulance, Train Ambulance, and Commercial Stretcher services require 100% advance payment before the commencement of the operation.
Payment confirmation is mandatory for flight scheduling, medical team allocation, and aircraft positioning.
Bookings are considered confirmed only after receipt of full payment and written confirmation from our operations team.
2. Flight Operations
- All flight operations are subject to air traffic control (ATC) clearance, weather conditions, airport permissions, and operational feasibility.
- The company reserves the right to divert, delay, or reschedule a flight due to safety, medical, or technical reasons.
- In the event of a flight diversion, delay, or cancellation due to operational or weather-related reasons, the company shall not be liable for any compensation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation after booking confirmation: 10% of the total amount will be deducted as administrative charges.
Cancellation before 6 hours of departure: 10% of the total amount + actual expenses incurred (such as permissions, crew mobilization, and ground arrangements) will be deducted.
Cancellation within 6 hours of scheduled departure: No refund will be applicable.
No refund is applicable for Commercial Stretcher and Train Ambulance bookings once confirmed.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after written confirmation.
4. Medical & Passenger Responsibility
The patient’s medical condition must be accurately disclosed prior to booking.
The company reserves the right to deny service or modify medical arrangements if the patient’s condition differs from the provided medical report.
Only the authorized medical escort(s) and approved attendants may accompany the patient.
Any additional medical equipment or special assistance must be requested at the time of booking.
5. Liability & Insurance
- The company operates strictly as a service facilitator for air and ground ambulance services.
- While every precaution is taken for patient safety, the company does not assume liability for unforeseen events such as natural calamities, technical issues, or third-party delays.
- Clients are encouraged to have travel and medical insurance covering air evacuation services.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from the use of our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Proceeding with a booking indicates that the client has read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
These rules are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and operational efficiency for all parties involved.
